2. Take family to Fiji
3. Be a pastry chef
4. Write a book
5. Learn to cook
6. Write a sitcom screenplay together with my sister
7. Get married on a Friday
8. Learn a martial art
9. Plant a Sycamore or Redwood tree
10. Learn to play DotA

Meringue... you are the best thing that's ever been mine 

These are very easy to make but they are commonly thought to be difficult. You will get a lot of 'oohs' and 'aahs' as you serve them up and 'I shouldn't really' comments but watch how quickly they disappear. Of all the things I bake, these are the most drastically different from the shop-bought variety (and that's any shop, even the one with the persuasive television advertising)! Serve with whipped cream and any fresh fruit in season.
